Will you charge by the hour?

No. Each service starts from a fixed fee agreed before work begins, so there are no hourly surprises. Subscribers to a care plan who need extra work pay €220/hour, but always quoted in advance.

How and when do I pay?

For one-off services, the fixed fee is agreed and paid before work begins. Consultations can be booked and paid online. Care-plan subscriptions are annual. We always confirm the exact amount in writing first.

Which taxes apply to foreign property owners in Spain?

Depending on your situation: IRNR (non-resident income tax), rental income tax, wealth tax, capital gains tax, municipal plus-value and succession tax. We tell you which ones apply to you specifically.

Can you work in my language?

Yes. In person and by video call we work in Catalan, Spanish and English. Online and in writing, in any language spoken in Cadaqués — French, German, Dutch, Italian or Chinese. If a sworn translation is needed for official use, we tell you in advance.
