What data we collect
The identification and contact details you provide (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, property location) and the content and any documents you send us through the contact form, by email or by WhatsApp.

- To comply with our legal and professional obligations as a law firm (art. 6.1.c).
- To manage and keep records of the relationship — our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your matter, and afterwards for the limitation and record-keeping periods that apply to lawyers and to legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We disclose it only where necessary to provide the service (for example to courts, public administrations or collaborating professionals) or where required by law. We use service providers (such as our email, hosting and secure-payment providers) who act on our instructions.
International transfers
We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area unless necessary and protected by appropriate safeguards.
