These Terms govern the legal services offered through this website. Please read them before requesting a service.

The services

We offer the services listed on the website at fixed starting fees. Each service includes an initial legal orientation based on the information and documents you provide.

What is not included

Unless expressly agreed and quoted separately, the services do not include court or administrative proceedings, tax filings, full written legal reports, drafting of documents, or negotiations.

No guarantee of outcome

We provide professional advice with due care. We do not guarantee any particular legal outcome, licence, tax saving or result.

Fees and payment

Prices are in euros and, where applicable, exclude IVA. Prices marked "from" are starting fees; the final scope and fee are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Payment is made by secure card payment (Stripe) or as otherwise agreed.

When a lawyer–client relationship begins

A lawyer–client relationship arises only once an engagement is expressly agreed in writing. Sending an enquiry or making a payment for an initial service does not by itself create any wider retainer.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. If you expressly ask us to begin the service within that period and it is then fully performed, the right of withdrawal may be lost, as permitted by consumer law.

Languages

We assist in person and by video in English, Spanish and Catalan, and online (in writing) in any language spoken in Cadaqués, arranging professional translation where an official purpose requires it.

Professional regulation and liability

Services are provided by Jordi Anglada, advocat (ICAG 2674), subject to professional secrecy and the rules of the ICAG. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law; nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumer-protection rules that allow a consumer to bring proceedings in their place of residence are unaffected.
