We want you to be satisfied with our service. If something has gone wrong, please tell us so we can put it right.

How to complain

Email jordi.anglada@iurisworld.com with the details of your complaint and any reference to your matter. We will acknowledge it promptly and aim to give you a full response within a reasonable time (normally within 10 working days).

If you are not satisfied

Complaints about a lawyer's professional conduct may also be directed to the Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Girona (ICAG), the professional body that regulates the lawyer.

Consumers

If you are a consumer, you may also be able to use out-of-court dispute resolution. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
